Wallet Management
Learn how to effectively manage the wallets you want to track using Orbo's Discord Wallet Tracker.
🔍 Tracking Wallets
There are two main ways to add wallets to your tracking list:
Single Wallet Tracking
Click the
Track Wallet
button or use the/track single
commandEnter:
Name: A memorable name for the wallet
Address: The Solana wallet address to track
Bulk Wallet Tracking
Click the
Track Wallet
button and select "Track Multiple Wallets" or use/track bulk
Enter wallet information in the format:
Each wallet should be on a new line with the address first, followed by a space and the name.
Reactivating Wallets
If you've previously tracked more wallets with a higher tier subscription, those extra wallets become inactive when you switch to a lower tier. For example, if you were tracking 100 wallets with Tier 2 and switched to Tier 1, you'd have 15 active wallets and 85 inactive ones.
You can swap these inactive wallets with your currently active ones:
Click the
Track Wallet
buttonSelect "Reactivate Wallets"
Choose which inactive wallets you want to start tracking again
If this would put you over your wallet limit, you'll be asked which currently tracked wallets you'd like to replace
This feature lets you rotate which wallets you're actively tracking without having to set them up again from scratch.
Wallet Limits by Tier
Free: 1 wallet
Tier 1: 15 wallets
Tier 2: 100 wallets
Enterprise: 300 wallets
🗑️ Untracking Wallets
You have several options for removing wallets from your tracking list:
Remove Single Wallet
Click the
Untrack Wallet
button or use/untrack menu
Select the wallet you want to untrack from the dropdown menu
Wallet will be automatically removed from the tracking list
Remove All Wallets
Use the /untrack all
command to remove all wallets at once. This action cannot be undone.

💡 Best Practices
Naming Conventions
Use clear, descriptive names for wallets
Consider including the type of wallet in the name (e.g., "Project Treasury", "Team Wallet")
Avoid duplicate names as they're not allowed
Organization
Regularly review and clean up unused tracked wallets
Use the reactivation feature to swap tracked wallets with inactive ones
Wallet Limits
Monitor your wallet count to stay within your tier's limits
If you reach your limit, consider:
Upgrading to a higher tier
Removing inactive wallets
Using the reactivation feature to swap tracked wallets
Error Handling
Invalid addresses will be rejected with an error message
Duplicate wallet addresses will be detected
The system will prevent tracking more wallets than your tier allows
