Wallet Management

Learn how to effectively manage the wallets you want to track using Orbo's Telegram Wallet Tracker.

🔍 Tracking Wallets

There are two main ways to add wallets to your tracking list:

Single Wallet Tracking

  1. Use the /track command and select "Track Single Wallet"

  2. Enter the wallet information in the format:

    ADDRESS NAME

    Example: HN7cABqLq46Es1jh92dQQisAq662SmxELLLsHHe4YWrH Project Wallet

Bulk Wallet Tracking

  1. Use the /track command and select "Track Multiple Wallets"

  2. Enter wallet information in the format:

    ADDRESS1 NAME1
    ADDRESS2 NAME2

Each wallet should be on a new line with the address first, followed by a space and the name.

Reactivating Wallets

If you've previously tracked wallets with a higher tier subscription, those extra wallets become inactive when you switch to a lower tier. For example, if you were tracking 100 wallets with Tier 2 and switched to Tier 1, you'd have 15 active wallets and 85 inactive ones.

To reactivate wallets:

  1. Use the /track command

  2. Select "Reactivate Wallets"

  3. Choose which inactive wallets you want to start tracking again

  4. If this would put you over your wallet limit, you'll need to upgrade your subscription

This feature lets you rotate which wallets you're actively tracking without having to set them up again from scratch.

Wallet Limits by Tier

  • Free: 1 wallet

  • Tier 1: 15 wallets

  • Tier 2: 100 wallets

  • Enterprise: 300 wallets

🗑️ Untracking Wallets

You have several options for removing wallets from your tracking list:

Remove Single Wallet

  1. Click the "Untrack" button in the main menu

  2. Select the wallet you want to untrack from the list

  3. Confirm your choice to remove the wallet

Remove All Wallets

  1. Click the "Untrack" button in the main menu

  2. Select "Untrack All" to remove all wallets at once

  3. Confirm your choice (this action cannot be undone)

📋 Managing Tracked Wallets

View Your Tracked Wallets

  1. Use the /list command or click "Show Tracked" in the main menu

  2. You'll see a list showing:

    • Wallet names

    • Addresses (truncated for readability)

    • Links to view on Solscan

💡 Best Practices

  1. Naming Conventions

    • Use clear, descriptive names for wallets (maximum 32 characters)

    • Consider including the type of wallet in the name (e.g., "Project Treasury", "Team Wallet")

    • Avoid duplicate names as they're not allowed

  2. Organization

    • Regularly review and clean up unused tracked wallets

    • Use the reactivation feature to swap tracked wallets with inactive ones

    • Keep a consistent naming scheme for easy identification

  3. Wallet Limits

    • Monitor your wallet count to stay within your tier's limits

    • If you reach your limit, consider:

      • Upgrading to a higher tier

      • Removing inactive wallets

      • Using the reactivation feature to swap tracked wallets

  4. Error Handling

    • Invalid addresses will be rejected with an error message

    • Duplicate wallet addresses will be detected

    • The system will prevent tracking more wallets than your tier allows

    • Name length is limited to 32 characters
